The Citadel is the 4th episode of Star Trek: Intrepid season 4.
Plot
With help from Captain Kira and a squad of MACOs, an elite team of Starfleet officers and MACOs led by John Martin and Typhuss attempt to free a captive Kara Thrace, Sascha Money, Sarah Mackenzie and B'Elanna Torres from an impenetrable Der'kal prison. Despite orders to the contrary, John Sheppard tags along, though he proves indispensable when the infiltration mission begins to evolve. The officers as liberated from their cells, but now the fugitives must escape the Citadel itself.
