New Xindus was a Federation class M planet in the Celes sector and the new homeworld of the Xindi species in the 24th century.
History[]
The original Xindi homeworld, Xindus, was destroyed in the 2030s decade, during the Xindi Civil War. All five surviving Xindi species settled a planet deeper in the Delphic Expanse. By the 2150s, this planet was only called "Xindi homeworld." The Xindi Council worked to maintain the fragile peace and cooperation between the species, and convened in the Inner Sanctum. Until 2154, the the star system of the future home for the Xindi lay inside the Delphic Expanse. The expanse was dissolved in that year. (ST reference: Stellar Cartography)
