B'Andrea is a female Klingon/Romulan hybrid Starfleet officer who is the flight operations officer of the USS Enterprise-F and the younger half-sister of Solana through her father. She's the first Klingon/Romulan hybrid Starfleet ever in the history books.
Origins[]
B'Andrea is the daughter of Starfleet finest K'Uhura of Starfleet Operations and Kaviak of Starfleet Medical. Her sister is Solana the chief tactical officer and chief of security on the Enterprise. Her Kaviak was in a previous relationship with then future Empress Sela in which resulted of the birth of his eldest daughter Solana. Kaviak tried to make Sela understand and put the past behind her but she refused resulting the dissolvement of the relationship. B'Andrea's mother K'Uhura was among the strongest Klingon Warriors and the best Starfleet officers of all time. Her parents were married on New Romulus in a hybrid wedding.
Making history[]
B'Andrea revealed to her parents that she's planning to apply to enter Starfleet Academy. She successfully pass the entrance test and became part of the Red Squad as an acting flight officer. After graduation from the Academy B'Andrea was given the rank of Lieutenant junior grade as an Ensign, she was assigned to the Enterprise and reunited with her sister.
